Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the SignalsGuard platform ("Service") provided by SignalsGuard Ltd ("we", "us", "SignalsGuard"). By creating an account or submitting data to the Service, the subscribing organisation ("you", "Client") agrees to these Terms.
2. Service Description
SignalsGuard provides real-time signalling threat intelligence across SS7/MAP, Diameter, GTP-C and SIP protocols. The Service includes:
- Threat Console dashboard with posture scoring and event feed
- AI Advisory with Tier A (global landscape) and Tier B (per-client network) intelligence
- Operator metadata ingestion API for collective intelligence
- Novel/zero-day attack detection engine
- GSMA FS.11 compliance reporting
3. Subscription Tiers and Payment
Standard (£399/month): Dashboard, Tier A advisory, up to 100,000 events/month, email support.
Enterprise (£1,200/month): All Standard features plus Tier B network intelligence, AI advisory reports, API access, webhook alerts, API key management, SLA support, GSMA FS.11 compliance exports.
Data Partner (Complimentary Enterprise): Full Enterprise access in exchange for anonymised signalling metadata submitted via the Operator API. Partnership reviewed annually.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; no refund is issued for partial months.
4. Data Ownership and Privacy
You own your data. Signalling event data you submit to the Service remains your property. SignalsGuard holds no licence to sell, share or disclose your raw event data to third parties.
Collective intelligence contribution: If you participate in the Data Partner programme, you agree that anonymised, aggregated metadata (without subscriber identities or full MSISDNs) may contribute to the cross-operator threat picture accessible to all platform users. You retain the right to withdraw from the programme with 30 days' notice.
Privacy rule: You must not submit raw MSISDNs, IMSIs, IMEIs, or Cell-IDs. The platform enforces this technically. Submissions containing such data will be rejected.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful threat detection, network security monitoring, and GSMA FS.11 compliance activities. You must not:
- Submit data relating to communications you are not authorised to monitor
- Use the Service to track or profile individuals without lawful authority
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond documented rate limits
- Share access credentials with parties outside your organisation
6. Service Levels
Standard tier: Best-efforts availability. No formal SLA.
Enterprise tier: Target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance notified 48 hours in advance. Incidents reported to support@signalsguard.com are acknowledged within 4 business hours.
7. Intellectual Property
The SignalsGuard platform, detection engine, scoring algorithms, and AI advisory models are the intellectual property of SignalsGuard Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to the underlying software or models beyond the right to use the Service as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
SignalsGuard provides threat intelligence to support your security operations. It is not a substitute for your own network security controls. We are not liable for any security incident, subscriber harm, or regulatory breach arising from your reliance on the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you under any circumstances is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes not resolved by negotiation shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
